In Brennan’s first appeal to the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals, he successfully secured a reversal of each adverse ruling made against his client.
Prior to beginning his legal practice, Brennan graduated from the University of Utah in 2001 with an Honors Degree in English. In 2004 Brennan graduated from the esteemed George Washington University Law School. While in law school, Brennan was a writing fellow, and assisted other law students in preparing for examinations, and improving their legal writing skills.
Outside of his office, Brennan enjoys spending time with his family, crossfit, skiing, running, playing basketball, attending sporting events, and discussing politics.
